Lessons learned
Every day, I learn a little more about what unconditional love truly means.

It’s not something I can force or control; it’s something I discover bit by bit, through both the challenging and the easy moments in life. I used to think love had to be earned or that it needed to fit a certain way. But now, I see it differently.
I’ve learned that love isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, even when I’m feeling tired or when things aren’t going my way. It’s about letting go of the expectations. I’ve realized that this love is in the quiet, unspoken moments we may have. It’s in the times I hold space for others, no matter their flaws, or when I forgive myself for my own mistakes.
I try every day to love without any conditions: to love myself without judgment, or expecting anything in return. It’s a process, sometimes slow, but each day brings me closer to understanding that love is a gift, not a transaction. And as I learn to give love freely, I also learn to receive it, knowing that I am worthy of it just as I am.
Come and join me on my journey of learning about love and giving from the heart.
